Very nice location.

I question the over all cleanliness of the hotel.

Hotel had a very good price and location. Hotels such as this one that are pet friendly usually have carpet stains and over all issues of cleanliness. Perhaps this one needs an upgrade.

They had no smoking policy.

Location was good, however, it sits off the main road quite a ways and the sign was very hard to see which made it difficult to find the place.

Check in personnel was courteous.

Room appearance was poor, and check out personnel was rude.

Breakfast was substandard, room had sagging wall paper in the corners. Window was not easy to open.

Feather beds, continental breakfast.

Heat did not work, rude attendant.

Out of the way, very old and run down, heat did not work in the room, extremely hot and window would not open. Very disappointed.

Comfortable beds.

No handicapped parking visible if at all.

Desk clerk was new and wasn't informed. No first floor rooms available and no elevator. Not good for a person with bad knees.

Location, outside appearance, continental breakfast.

No pool, dirty bedspread, inside appearance, VERY pricey.

Located near Petoskey, this Comfort Inn has a nice outside appearance. However, the rooms were not cleaned properly and lacked any ambiance. There were no extras, such as a restaurant, bar, or pool. I couldn't even find a soda or ice machine in my wing. The free continental breakfast was pretty good, at least. ...read more
